2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking pwdr
1 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
1 teaspoon grnd nutmeg
1 teaspoon grnd allspice
1/2 teaspoon grnd cloves
3 c. sugar
1 c. veg. oil
4 Large eggs
1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin (2 c.)
2/3 c. water

Sift together flour, baking soda, salt, baking pwdr, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and cloves.

Beat together sugar, oil and Large eggs till fluffy and light.

Add in pumpkin; blend well.

Add in dry ingredients alternately to pumpkin mix with water, beating well after each addition.

Pour batter into 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.

Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 1 hour or possibly till bread tests done.
