Lumpias Recipe

   Brown hamburger with cabbage, mushrooms and carrots.

   Spoon onto egg roll wraps with a slice of cheese.

   Roll up by folding in one corner at a time.

   Wet last corner folded to keep from unrolling.

   Deep fry, drain.

   Best if serve with flavored rice.

   Makes about 1 1/2 to 2 dozen.
