Lu's stew (crock pot)

   Heat oil in large saute pan.

   Meanwhile, combine flour, salt, and pepper.

   Toss meat in flour mixutre, then brown on all sides in oil.

   Spray crock pot with non stick cooking spray.

   Place potatoes, carrots, and celery in bottom of pot.

   When meat is browned on all sides, place it on top of the vegetables.

   Place the onion with the meat.

   Add remaining to saute pan and heat until bubbling.

   Pour into crockpot and cook on low 7-9 hours.

    Remove bay leaves and stir before serving.
