Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (about 355u00b0F). Clean the green beans and put them in a pan with sufficient water. Add a pinch of salt and cook the beans on high heat. Cut a quarter of the bread and put a slice of brie and a slice of bacon on top of each piece. Bake them in the oven for about 10 minutes. Wash the spinach leaves and put them in a bowl. Cut the tomato, quarter the cucumber and the red onion and add them to the bowl. Add the olive oil, vinegar and a little salt and pepper and whisk it all together. When the green beans are cooked, take them off the stove and drain the water. Cut the beans in pieces and add them to the salad. Stir it all together so the beans are mixed in with the salad. Take the bread out of the oven and place on top of the salad. Enjoy!
