2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. cold water
2 cans Veg-All homestyle large cut vegetables

Brown meat in oil.

Add hot water, lemon juice, garlic, bay leaves and seasonings.

Cover and simmer 2 hours or until tender, stirring occasionally.
