Louie'S Oyster Casserole

   Layer casserole dish with cracker crumbs and

   oysters (bits).

   Then put bits of butter and sprinkle with pepper generously.

   Continue layers and finally, top with cracker crumbs, butter and black pepper.

   Pour milk into side of casserole to within 1/2-inch of top.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 45 minutes or until slightly browned.

   (Use standard oysters, as they are smaller, and cut them into thirds.)
