Ingredients: Chicken soup; 5 lbs whole chicken , cut up; 2 tbs salt to taste; 2 tsp pepper to taste; 4 stalk celery sliced; 5 carrots, diced; 2 pkgs Lipton onion soup mix; 10 whole peppercorns; 10 whole allspice; 2 tbs fresh parsley; Chicken salad; 1 tsp salt to taste; 1/2 tsp pepper to taste; 1/2 tsp celery seed to taste; 3 stalk celery, diced; 1/4 cup chopped onion

Chicken soup
5 lbs whole chicken , cut up
2 tbs salt to taste
2 tsp pepper to taste
4 stalk celery sliced
5 carrots, diced
2 pkgs Lipton onion soup mix
10 whole peppercorns

2 tbs fresh parsley

1 tsp salt to taste
1/2 tsp pepper to taste
1/2 tsp celery seed to taste
3 stalk celery, diced
1/4 cup chopped onion

Wash chicken thoroughly.

Put in a large soup pot, cover with water. Heat to almost boiling. Skim off the scum, then add the rest of the ingredients and cook on medium heat for 1 hour

Remove meat and strip the meat from the bones, discard the skin and bones. Cut the dark meat into bite sized pieces and return to the pot. Bring to a simmer.

Serve soup with your favorite noodles.
