London Broil With Brown Gravy

   Add your freshly washed London Broil to your Crock pot, setting on High. Do not put any thing in the Crock Pot accept the meat. This must cook dry for three hours. Don't worry it won't burn. Just cook it like that for three hours on high with the lid on it.

   After three hours add all the rest of the ingredients and stir it up, put the lid back on it and let it cook for one more hour. at the end of this hour everything should be tender and falling apart if you stick it with a fork. Enjoy!

   Suggestions: Serve with rice. This recipe also works good if you substitute Pork Roast for London Broil.. Can also use Leeks instead of onions or add two celery stalks chopped or two Table spoons of celentre or fresh parsley. Enjoy...
