1
Take the ingredients for the marinade (worcestershire, soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, pepper), and mix well, making sure all of the sugar is dissolved.
-
2
Add the beef to a large ziploc bag, add the marinade, and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
-
3
The longer the better.
-
4
During this time, prepare the French fries, or at least the cleaning, slicing, and soaking.
-
5
Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat.
-
6
During this time, get your fries ready by heating up the oil, and begin making your fries.
-
7
Place your beef on the grill, and caramelize both sides.
-
8
The thin slices of beef will only take a few minutes per side.
-
9
Remove from the grill, and set aside to rest on a plate.
-
10
Butter your French loaf, and place on the grill to obtain a light crunch and some grill marks.
-
11
Remove once you have achieved that.
-
12
Slice your beef against the grain.
-
13
Your fries should be done now, and drained.
-
14
Mix your chipotle mayonnaise ingredients, and lather the inside of the French loaf with it, making sure to get the top and the bottom.
-
15
Add a bunch of the sliced beef, top with French fries, drizzle with more chipotle mayonnaise, and sprinkle the cilantro.
-
16
Enough said.
