Loaded Fan Baked Potatoes

   Preheat oven to 400

   wash the potatoes and cut into fans..1/4 inch slices try not to go all the way threw..

   place the potatoes in a baking dish

   next pour your melted butter over the potatoes..trying to get into the slits..

   Sprinkle salt & pepper..use as much or as little as u like..

   Put a dap of butter on top of each potatoe half way threw the cooking process

   About 10 mins before potatoes are finished add the bacon & cheese to the top & finish cooking..

   Cook aprox.

    * Tip- after cooking we added chives & sour cream..optional but delicious!!
