Loaded Baked Potato Salad

   In a medium pot, cover potatoes with water and add some salt. Boil potatoes until fork tender. Drain potatoes and place in a bowl.

   In a small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder and cheese. Add sour cream mixture to potatoes and stir to combine.

   Stir bacon and green onions into potatoes. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
