FOR THE DRESSING:
1/2 cups Salsa
1/4 cups Sour Cream

5. Cook chicken for 5-8 minutes then flip and cook for another 5-8 minutes. Juices should run clear when it's done.

1. Divide lettuce to cover 4 plates.
