If you like, you can marinate the meat with the lime juice in a plastic bag in the fridge for 2-6 hours (I have used this recipe a couple of times, and I couldnt tell the difference when I did marinate the meat from when I didnt).

Cook the meat over medium-medium high heat in the lime juice until it is about halfway done.

Now, mix together the mustard, honey, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and dark brown sugar.

Stir it together well, then pour it over the meat, cover it with a lid and allow it to finish cooking.
