Lettuce Salad with Crab Stick and Egg Stir-Fry

   Rip up the lettuce with your hands, and soak in water to crisp up.

   Drain and dry well.

   Cut the crab sticks into 4 cm and shred.

   Scramble the egg finely.

   Put the mayonnaise and Japanese mustard in a bowl and mix.

   Add the ingredients from Step 1 to the bowl and mix well.

   Taste, and add salt if needed.

   Transfer to serving plates and it's done.

   It's also delicious with pepper as an accent.
