Leslie'S Best Ever Meat-Loaves

   Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

   Line 1 loaf pan with aluminum foil.

   MAKE LOAVES

   Combine eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, 1/4 cup barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce & garlic in a large bowl.

   Add meat and mix well.

   Divide into 2 9X5X3 inch loaf pans.

   Bake loves for 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until done (165 degrees). During the last 20 minutes of cooking spoon additional barbecue sauce over the loaf that is not in the foil lined pan.

   Once fully cooked, let loaves stand for at least 10 minutes.

   Serve non-foiled lined load immediately.

    Remove 2nd loaf from pan and cool completely.

    Wrap in 2nd layer of foil and freeze.

    TO SERVE FROZEN MEAT-LOAF

    Place frozen foil wrapped meat-loaf in a shallow baking pan.

    Bake in a 325 degree oven for 1 hour.

    Remove foil.

    Top meat-loaf with additional barbecue sauce.

    Bake about 30 minutes more or until done (165 degrees).

    Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
