On medium high heat In a large stock pot add the oil and lentils and stir the lentil until they start changing from a red color to a yellowish color and keep stiring so you don't burn the lentils have some water close by

Once it has started to change color add about 14 cups of water and the chopped garlic and salt and let it boil some more

Let it boil until the water starts to go down close to half way and then add another 4 cups of water and the garlic powder and onion powder add the onions as well mix together and continue to boil on medium heat

As soon as it starts to thicken add the pepper and chicken cubes and stir and allow to boil until its nice and thick...enjoy !
