1 Tablespoon Garlic Paste, Or 1 Clove Garlic Minced
2 cups Dry Lentils

In a food processer add onion, carrots and bell pepper. Pulse till you have nice small peices.

Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot, bring to a boil, then simmer stirring occasionally for 1 hour or until lentils are soft.
