Lentil Patties

   Cook lentils and when soft, remove from heat and drain. Mash them like doing mashed potatoes and add all the ingredients but the egg.

   Let the mixture cool for about 20 minutes and then add the egg beaten, mix well. Form patties the size of the palm of your hand. On a heated skillet with just a drop of olive oil brown them on both sides and that is it. Ouila!
