Lemon Thyme Salad Dressing

   Finely chop the shallot and garlic. Combine in a smaill bowl with the mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, thyme and salt.

   Slowly stream in the oil, whisking constantly, Taste and add salt if necessary.

   Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
