Lemon Squares – a delicious recipe with crust, flour, sugar, butter, filling, eggs. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

2 sticks soft butter

2 c. sugar

6 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

mix all ingredients and spread into 13x9 glass lasagna pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 m inutes. Do not cool: add the filling right away.

whip the 1st 4 ingredients until light and fluffy then gently fold in the flour and baking powder. Spread onto hot crust and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Dust with confectioner's sugar. Cut while still warm. Remove when cool. They freeze very well.
