start off by seasoning the salmon fillets with salt pepper and lemon seasoning on each side. Using the juice of 2 lemons, olive oil, cayenne pepper, and black pepper make a baste for the salmon. Grill or bake the salmon ocasionally brushing with the baste. For the pineapple salsa dice, and chop about 1/2 of the pineapple and place into a pot on the stove add lemon juice, honey 1 or 2 shakes of hot sauce, a litlle olive oil, and a little crushed red pepper, the salsa should be thick like a salsa and heated until the honey becomes thin and the salsa is steaming, serve on top of fillet and garnish however desired, i sprinkled parsley on the salmon and garnished with lemon and lime slices.
