Lemon-Pepper Beef

   Cut slits into the meat

   Stuff sliced garlic n lemon rind into the slits

   Drizzle cooking oil/olive oil over all sides of beef

   Shake lemon-pepper on all sides of beef

   Place meat in pre-heated 400 degree oven

   Cook 45mins to 1 hr

7. 7

   Turn off oven. Let meat continue to bake as oven cools

   Take out beef and let meat rest 30 mins

9. 9

   Slice meat against the grain in thin slivers
