Preheat oven to 350

Grease 9x13 glass baking pan

Mix together flour, butter and nuts (will be lumpy besides the nuts)

Press mixture into bottom of pan.

Don't push too hard or it will be hard to get out later on.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.

LET COOL!

Mix cream cheese, 1 cup cool whip, and powdered sugar

Spread CAREFULLY on crust.

Mix together the two boxes of lemon pudding.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT MAKE IT LIKE THE PACKAGE SAYS!

Mix the two packages with 3 cups milk (NOT 4)

Mix pudding by hand for 3 minutes or until it starts to thicken.

Carefully spread on top of cream cheese mixture.

Use the rest of the cool whip as the last layer, spreading evenly on the lemon pudding.

Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
