preheat oven to 350

butterfly slice each chicken breast in half so you have six thinner pieces of chicken.

place chicken in a bowl with enough lemon garlic marinade to evenly coat each piece.

let it sit for at least a half hour

meanwhile slice cucumbers chop onions and cut grape tomatoes in half.

place in a bowl and sprinkle lemon herb spice over mixture.

stir in Italian dressing.

i put feta on mine as well.

place the bowl in the refrigerater to get cold

i chopped up 5 large potatoes into small triangles and placed in a foil covered baking sheet.

add salt and pepper, coat with lemon herb spice and drizzle with Italian dressing.

place in the oven setting a timer for 20 min.

i set a timer because the potatoes will take take longer to cook than the chicken by about twenty minutes.

the timer reminds you when to put in the chicken.

after you put the potatoes in the oven spray a big baking pan with cooking spray and place each piece of chicken flat on pan.

sprinkle a good coating of lemon herb spice over the chicken.

after the potatoes have been baking for 20 min place chicken in the oven.

set the timer for.30-40 min depending on the size of your chicken breasts.
