Chop up yellow pepper, onion and zucchini. Set aside. Cook bacon in one frying pan over medium heat. Cut up chicken breasts into bite sizes and cook in another pan over medium heat. Once bacon is cooked, but not crispy, drain fat and add all vegetables that are chopped. Continue cooking until veggies become soft, over medium low heat. Add chicken and sundried tomatoes in with veggies and bacon once the veggies are cooked and reduce temperature to low. Boil water for pasta. In a third pan, mix together beef broth, cream and lemon juice until desired taste. Once the sauce is warm, pour over veggies, bacon and chicken and let the flavors mix together until pasta is cooked. Pour sauce over pasta once cooked and sprinkle with as much goat cheese as desired. Mix it all together to get an extra creamy flavor! Let stand a few minutes to allow the sauce to absorb into the pasta. Enjoy!
