1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Margarine, melted
Filling
1 container Rich Whip
1/2 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1 1/2 T Lemon Zest, grated
4 Egg Whites
2/3 cup Sugar

Combine crust ingredients. Press into lightly greased pie pan, reserving several tablespoons for the top.

Whip Egg Whites, adding Sugar slowly after they have become a bit thick. Beat till peaks form.

Whip Rich Whip. As it thickens, slowly add Lemon Juice and Zest.

Fold whites and whip together and pour into pie crust.

Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top.

Cover with plastic wrap, then foil and freeze several hours.
