Lemon Fondant Cake

   Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   Separate the whites from the yolks.

   Butter a rectangular or square baking pan.

   Whisk the yolks with the sugar until the mixture becomes pale.

   Add the cream and the dehydrated lemon powder.

   Mix everything well.

   Add blue poppy seeds.

   Stir in the flour and baking powder.

   Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the lemon mixture.
