Lemon Brownies

   Preheat oven to 350

   Grease and 8x8 pan

   Zest and juice two lemons and set aside.

   Beat flour, sugar, salt and softened butter until combined

   Ina separate bowl whisk together the eggs, zest and juice until combined

   Pour into flour mixture and beat for two minutes

   until smooth and creamy

   Pour into a baking dish and bake for 23 - 25 min. or till golden around the edges.

   Allow to cool before glazing Do not overbake or the bars will be dry

    Filter the posered sugar and whish with zest and juice

    Spread 1/2 glaze over the brownies with a spatula

    and let set and then spread the other half.
