1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 12-4 lbs cut-up chicken

Put chicken & marinade in resealable bag.

Refrigerate overnight.

Turn in the morning.

When coals are ready (medium heat), grill the chicken, covered for 45 minutes or until done.
