Leftover Thanksgiving Turkey Sandwiches Recipe

   Slice the baguette in half horizontally.

   Combine the mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and paint it on both halves of the bread.

   Fold each slice of Munster in half, and arrange, overlapping, so all the slices fit onto the bottom piece of ficelle.

   Arrange the turkey on top of the cheese, followed by the bacon, and then the frisee.

   Top with the top of the bread, and slice into as many sandwiches as your require.

   Serve like this, or put into a Panini press for toasted sandwiches.
