Grease two 8-inch square baking pans. Place 4 tortillas over bottom and up sides of each pan. Spoon 1/4 of meat mixture and 1/4 of cottage cheese mixture over tortillas in each pan. Place 1 tortilla in center of each pan. Spoon remaining 1/4 of meat mixture and remaining 1/4 of cottage cheese mixture over tortilla in each pan.

Sprinkle with green chiles, olives and remaining 1 cup Cheddar cheese; cover with foil.

Bake in 350u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until heated through.

Uncover and bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is bubbly.
