Ingredients: 4 oz. medium noodles, cooked and drained; 1 lb. ground round; 2 c. tomato sauce (15 oz. can); 1 tsp. sugar; 1/4 tsp. garlic salt; 1/4 tsp. pepper; 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened; 1/2 c. sour cream; 3 Tbsp. milk; 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion; 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained; 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

4 oz. medium noodles, cooked and drained
1 lb. ground round
2 c. tomato sauce (15 oz. can)
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Brown meat in skillet; drain off fat.

Add tomato sauce, sugar, salt, garlic salt, pepper and cooked noodles.

Set aside. Stir together cream cheese, sour cream, milk and onion.

In 2-quart casserole, layer 1/2 of the ground beef mixture, 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture and all of the spinach.

Top with remaining ground beef mixture.

Cover and bake 40 minutes or until bubbly in 350u00b0 oven.

Uncover and spread remaining cream cheese mixture on top.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
