Parmesan cheese, grated; 2 boxes lasagne noodles; 1 onion; 1 tsp. oregano; 1 tsp. sugar; salt and pepper to taste

1 large carton Ricotta cheese
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. red wine
1 clove garlic
2 to 3 lb. ground beef
6 to 8 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 boxes lasagne noodles
1 onion
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil.

Brown ground beef.

Add tomato paste, sauce, water, wine, oregano, sugar, salt and pepper. Simmer for several hours.

Whip an egg and add to Ricotta.

Layer noodles, meat sauce, Ricotta and Mozzarella in large deep lasagne pan.
