1 lb. lasagna noodles
1 lb. sliced mozzarella cheese
2 - 3 lb. cottage cheese
parmesan cheese

Combine first 8 ingredients and brown.

Cook noodles; add 1 Tbsp. salt and 1 Tbsp. oil to water.

Put cooked noodles on bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking pan.

Layer cottage cheese, meat mixture, mozzarella cheese, parmesan; repeat, ending with parmesan.
