Mozzarella cheese; 1 container small curd cottage cheese; 1 egg, slightly beaten; 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley; 1 1/2 tsp. salt; 1/4 tsp. pepper; 1 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked; 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

2 lb. hamburg/sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 (48 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. water
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 container small curd cottage cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook meat and onion.

Add sauce and water; boil for 5 minutes. Cut 12 thin slices of Mozzarella and set aside for topping. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper.

Spread a little sauce on bottom of baking dish (13 x 9-inch) and arrange a layer of noodles.

Layer cottage cheese mixture, meat sauce and Mozzarella cheese until noodles are used up or baking dish is full. Top with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes
