Lasagna

   Start boiling water when browning hamburger.

   Brown hamburger and garlic clove.

   After browning, drain off excess fat.

   Add spaghetti sauce mix, tomato paste and whole tomatoes (chop up whole tomatoes and add all the remaining juice).

   Let this mixture simmer for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.

   Boil lasagna noodles until done.

   Use large cake pan, place 1 row lasagna noodles; cover with hamburger mixture, 1/3 of cottage cheese and 1/3 of the Mozzarella cheese. Begin again for 3 tiers.

   Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 350u00b0.
