2 pounds boneless leg of lamb, cut into 2-inch cubes
1/4 cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

2 red peppers, cut into wedges
