14
Then dredge the chicken in the self rising flour again, put it into the skillet and fry until cooked through.

15
This will take about 5 minutes, assuming the chicken is totally covered in the oil.

7.

18
Remove chicken from the pan using a slotted spoon.

For the waffles: Preheat your waffle iron according to manufacturers instructions.
-
21
In a large bowl mix together: 2 cups pancake mix 2 tablespoons wing sauce, 1 1/2 cups cold water and 1 whole egg (or egg white).
-
22
Scoop some batter (use the amount recommended for your waffle iron) onto the preheated waffle iron and cook until browned to your liking.

I made mine crispy so it doesnt become soggy with the extra sauce and heat from the chicken.
-
24
Repeat with the remaining batter.
-
25
For the assembly: Divide each waffle into 4 pieces (so youll have 2 tops and 2 bottoms from each waffle.)
-
26
On a plate use 1 quarter of the waffle for the bottom of the slider.

27
Add a slice of lettuce then your chicken, and then pour Franks Wing Sauce over the chicken and top with another waffle quarter.
