1/2 teaspoon salt
1 bay leaf
1 small onion, Peeled, Halved
6 peppercorns
GRAVY
1 1/2 tablespoons butter or 1 1/2 tablespoons margarine
1 1/2 tablespoons unbleached flour
1 tablespoon capers
1/2 medium lemon, juice of
1/2 teaspoon mustard, Prepared
1 large egg yolk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper, White
