Kolacky(In Water)

   Combine water and yeast. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Add enough flour to make a soft dough.

   Knead until dough is smooth or until dough works clean from hands. Wrap in towel and put in cold water.

   Let stand 5 minutes.

   Sprinkle board with powdered sugar and roll out dough. Cut into squares and fill with favorite filling.
