Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and brown meatballs. Stir in Knorr(R) Classic Brown gravy mix blended with water. Stir in cranberry sauce and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 10 minutes or until meatballs are cooked. Serve, if desired, over hot cooked noodles or rice.

FREEZING/MAKE-AHEAD DIRECTIONS: Prepare recipe as above. Turn into 8-inch baking dish or 2-quart casserole. Let cool, then wrap in heavy-duty aluminum foil and freeze. To bake, preheat oven to 375u00b0. Remove from freezer. Bake covered 1 hour 10 minutes or until heated through. Serve as above.
