Cut the cauliflower into desired sizes and boil briefly in hot water with salt (not listed) for 2 to 3 minutes.

Cut off the both ends of kiwi and peel the skin.

Cut it into quarter slices.

Combine and mix in a bowl.

It will stop separating and will thicken after a while.

Add the boiled cauliflower into the bowl from Step 3, let the dressing soak in, and arrange it on a serving dish with the kiwi.

Sprinkle cottage cheese (ricotta cheese) over it and it's done.
