Prepare the work surface with kid friendly tools and all ingredients.

Once the cream cheese reaches room temperature, let the kids start slicing the strawberries.

Depending on age and experience, may need to core first before having them slice.

Add sugar.

With a wooden spoon, mash the strawberries.

Drain liquid from strawberries through a sieve.

Press down to push out the liquid.

Return the pulp to the bowl.

Add the cream cheese.

Taste the mixture.

Add additional sugar to taste/ for desired use.

Can refrigerate or spread immediately on digestive biscuits (flipped outside down).

Add any toppings the kids like, dried coconut, nuts, fresh blueberries or banana, etc.
