Key Lime Cheesecake

   In bowl with electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

   Now beat in sour cream, flour, eggs (1 at a time), lime juice, vanilla and food coloring.

   Beat until smooth.

   Pour into crust.

   Bake in center of preheated 375u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.

   Reduce heat to 250u00b0 and bake 1 hour.

   Let cool on rack, then chill, covered, overnight.
