   Combine pancake mix with 1 package dressing mix.

   Combine the other dressing mix with the egg and soda.

   Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, then the pancake mixture.

   Place on a paper towel for about 5 minutes.

   Put cooking oil in pan or electric skillet and heat to 425u00b0.

   Brown chicken good, then put on a sheet and bake at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes.
