Very easy and delicious light meal,first warm your throat by one glass of wine ,then on the plate rub fish fillets with salt and pepper

On medium heat ,apray or add olive oil to the pan ,fry fish aproximately 2 mins on each side ,depends on how thick of fish ,dont hurry to flip make sure it little brown then flip,this will not damage the pieces

Before fish almost done,add butter,remain salt and pepper,parsley,flame the fish with second glass of wine,squeeze lime juice all over fillets

Arrange fish into serving plate,but still simmering sauce in pan until little more thickness,pour sauce over fish,serve fresh with salad,roasted potato and enjoy third glass of wine before serving :)
