1 lb. ground lamb or beef
1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
1 c. tomato sauce*
1 c. water
4 medium potatoes, cooked
2 tomatoes
1 small onion, grated
1 egg
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
