1 can tomato soup
16 oz. whole tomatoes
1 small can sliced mushrooms
8 oz. pkg. Cracker Barrel cheese (sharp or mild)
8 oz. pkg. Mozzarella

Brown ground beef in 1 tablespoon oil. Add onions and peppers. Cook until done. Drain off part of grease. Add 1/2 of both cheeses and all other ingredients. Put in casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake about 45 minutes at 375u00b0. Serves about 6.
