Joe'S Steak Seasoning

   In shallow baking dish, coat steaks with lemon juice on both sides.

   Add meat tenderizer and rest of ingredients to top side of steaks.

   Then repeat on other side.

   Cover and refrigerate for not more than 24 hours.

   Cook as desired.
