Stir together 2 cups flour and dry yeast. Heat milk, water, oil, sugar and salt to very warm (120u00b0 to 130u00b0). Add liquid all at once to flour and yeast mixture. Beat until smooth, about 3 minutes on medium speed of electric mixer. Add enough additional flour to make soft dough. Mix well. Mixing may be done either by hand or mixer. Let rest 10 minutes. Roll out on well floured surface to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with 3-inch round cutter or coffee can. Place on greased baking sheets. Let raise in warm place (80u00b0 to 85u00b0) 30 minutes. Bake in preheated 425u00b0 oven 12 to 15 minutes until lightly browned. Makes 12 to 15 buns.
